While stocks last. T&Cs here. Stay safe, and enjoy :)
Don't know why I need this but thanks!
It's a stick on whiteboard surface
Thanks! Subscribing to their newsletter is not mandatory
I didn't select that option either, but the email I recieved after submitting said: "Thank you for signing up!
This email is to confirm that your Free A5 Post-it® Dry Erase Sample is on it’s way."
And at the bottom:
"You are receiving this email because you signed up as <my email> to receive our emails."
I just used a email account I very rarly use
yeah, i would use one of those alternative gmail addresses, like adding "periods" in between your name or adding something at the end using the + sign, so that ti can filter filter them out
@gonzule: Personally, I just have disposable ones, I walk-away from after a couple of years.
I have a separate gmail that's the same as my genuine email but with spam on the end for stuff like this
Looks like it's easy to stick on walls, but is it easy to be removed?
Don't want to leave any permanent marks.
I got one last time it fell off by itself
, so I'd say yes lol
Thanks, Always wanted to try these in my class.
I have no class
wonder how many they're giving away …
I don't know if they'll stick to it.
Thanks OP, hopefully they… Post-it
I have three whiteboards already in my Work From Home office, could always use some more real estate
It won't increase it my much, the sample in question is A5 (a sheet half the size of A4)!
Nice to have something separate that can be kept as semi-permanent
oh yeah oops… i forgot A5 is smaller than A4, i was mistaken for A3 size.
Dry etase is good but I can't say I've had particularly good experiences with Post-It's staying stuck into anything.
I've got drawers full of random ones, and they seem to spoil over time.
I wonder how small this sample is. By the picture it has a very small test area.
Interesting I don't see A5 mentioned on the page. Edit, it's in the T&Cs
Seems like the primary purpose of this product is to re-surface an existing whiteboard, rather than stick it to your walls
Are you sure?
These don’t come cheap if you really do want to resurface a whiteboard… https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/search?q=Pos...
Might as well just buy a new whiteboard!
wow! For that price I might get some fake email addresses and sign up for enough of these A5 ones to stick them together and make a giant one
If you are chasing a great portable whiteboard check out Tesla Amazing (actual company name) and their magnetic boards. The 'magnetic' paper really does stick to almost every surface. I've had these since they started on kickstarter perhaps 5 years ago and still going strong. An actual whiteboard would be cheaper though.
For a small portable whiteboard, I just use an A4-size glass-fronted picture frame or "certificate frame", with a sheet of white paper as the document, and use dry-erase pens to write on the glass. Unlike most whiteboards, the glass will never stain, and is easy to clean. Can also use permanent markers, but you'll need alcohol or metho to erase.
Using a picture frame, you can also put permanent lines or text on your "whiteboard", by putting them on the sheet of paper. Like "I'm out of office, I'll be back at".
Great idea! You're living in the future man!
Thank you OP. This must be the fastest upvotes you've got for posting a deal :)
I ordered one of these the last time but never got anything.
I'll try again. Thanks, OP!
Thanks, my dad teaches highschool physics/chemistry. Thanks TA, this is definitely handy!
Don't need it. Got it. Thanks OP.
It's free, so why not?
username checks out!
just got one. now time to figure out what i just got.
Is it too big for the office mail box? Thanks,
Just imagine half of A4 size.
Thanks OP !
I get free is free but what practical use does a 21x15cm size sample of surface material offer?
Would be a nice message board on the fridge.
Thanks OP, just got one.
Not submitting :(
I had that issue with Firefox. Worked for me in IE.
worked for me in firefox
Upvoted but not gonna get one, still haven't used last times lol.
Thanks. Actually would be handy and alternative to paper use. Cheers
They're just collecting names and emails now
what did they collect before?
still alright or nah ?
Nothing in return
I've always wanted to be an architect.
How to apply for free a5 on their website? Can’t seem to find it!
I to cant find. looks like they were overbooked
I still havenot received mine. Anyone?
But I got an email this morning with the subject: "How is your Dry Erase Sample going?"
Obvious answer: "I wouldn't know, because I have not received it yet".
I got same email.
