  It's software. I installed it.

  Not brilliant, but works OK.
  Can write something on a PDF - useful.

  Thanks for heads up! The wife was looking for a PDF editor for her PC and we didn't want to blow money on a Adobe subscription or buy Nuance PowerPDF (great app but $250!)
