  It said smart lighting but none of the pictures show lights or the how to charge the battery or how the speaker looks like, also where is the mic to take call.

    Nah. A bike helmet is more likely to help than hinder.
    The real problem is that compulsory helmet laws reduce cycling, increasing obesity, diabetes, etc.

    There is always a counter study/report for any health-related topic :-D
    E.g. Smoking is good for you because apparently
