Looks like the code should work for everyone, tested it directly on Menulog without going through eBay, with an email address that doesn't have eBay Plus. It also works for Paypal despite saying credit card only:

That CBA, we only need to pay with our CBA credit card, right? How long until we get the cashback? Have both recent menulog offer, but didn't use previous one (was too much, have to spend 3x$40, at least this time is 1x spend only).
It took 3 days for the cashback to go into my account
Credit or debit any CBA card excluding Keycard. I have used CBA cash back 2 times it takes about a week.

SB and CR usually don't pay cashback when you use a voucher. Unfortunately this menulog voucher is no exception.

I did get a shopback for this purchase! However, a very low amount.
Not sure why you spread false info.
Menulog can quad stack voucher with shopback and amex as well as first order promos and it all works together in single order.
@FullPrice: I'm not spreading false info. It's quite clear that SB and CR can reject cashback claims when you use a voucher code not allowed by them. If you don't believe me goto SB or CR and read their terms and conditons, or do's and don'ts.

Wow!! Chir Chir in burwood just cancelled my order again! 2 orders in 2 days they have cancelled. Maybe they dont even want to be on menulog!!! But they wait hours before cancelling, today they waited for like 7 hours before cancelling.

No Idea, I just dont get it. So I placed an order yesterday and after a couple of hours they cancelled. Today I placed another order for my parents and after like 7 hours they decided to cancel (1 hr before delivery) even though they confirmed they got the order back around midday today…. I dont get it. No reason or excuse given both times.
