        Looks like $15 is the Victorian price.
        Interesting (rip off) that the price difference is $3.40 when the container deposit totals $2.40. But that looks to be how it usually goes.

          @Steempy: The reverse vending machines (maintenance+operating costs) have to be covered too, not just the refund.
