I have one. I think it's great, big upgrade from my Xiaomi Mi A2. I can see where it could be better, but I don't think it deserves as much hate as it gets. Having said that I got it half price through Vodafone. I don't think it is worth full price.

I have one also, and I also like it. I get two full days with the battery, but I am not a heavy user. Do some texting calls, browsing, radio steaming, podcasts .. but sparse use. I don't have my head down using it all the time. I've gotten use to the facial recognition, but I do find it annoying at times. Sometimes I just want to see the time, without having the darn thing unlock on me. Sometimes you need to move the phone around for it to recognise the face. Would have preferred fingerprint. But other than that I find it hard to fault it too much. Overall, I agree with the consensus that it isn't worth the usual price.

        • I turned off the thing where it always looks for your face. You can have it so that it will usually display the time. Then if you hit the power button it will look for your face and unlock.

Amazing you get two days! I only get one. But it is enough for me as well.

Not enough of a discount to warrant a purchase this late in its life cycle imo.

a few 4k videos, not much

  • Pixels are just unbeatable for the pure Android experience. Tried the latest S20 and can't get used to it. Too cartooney, maybe it suits manga or anime lovers
