From the website: Tekken 7:

Bandai Namco's latest fighting offers a satisfying closure to the infamous Mishima clan for 3D fighting veterans and newcomers alike. With a rich cast of Tekken 7 characters, players will be able to find answers about what the clan is fighting for so long.

For the first time in the Tekken games, the power of Unreal Engine 4 is used for development, which resulted in fresh close combat mechanics and gorgeous cinematic battles.

The vast cast of Tekken 7 characters ensures no fighting style is missing. Players will find their favorite fighter in the roster, with the addition of eight new playable characters like Geese Howard from Art of Fighting and King of Fighters, Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV and Akuma from Street Fighter.

From the website: Ace Combat:

Become an ace pilot and soar through photorealistic skies with full 360-degree movement down enemy aircraft and experience the thrill of engaging in realistic sorties! Aerial combat has never looked or felt better!

Project Aces aims to revolutionize the sky with this entry in the series, offering an experience so immersive it feels like you're piloting an actual aircraft! Weather and the environment affect your aircraft and the HUD, adding a sense of extreme realism never felt before in a flight combat game. Epic dogfights await!

Enjoy!

  • NOTICE: THIS GAME CAN BE ONLY ACTIVATED IN EUROPE, MIDDLE-EAST, AND AFRICA
    From the tekken page

Is this a hard rule OP? If others have ordered from there no problem I'll probably give it a whirl

    • I haven't bought too many keys from Voidu and I cannot remember if they had any such notice.
In general, on other sites, I never had issues with it.
In the worst case scenario, you can use a VPN to activate - Steam only causes problems if you use a VPN to buy from a cheap region such as Russia or India.
Or quickly send them an e-mail.

Just noticed: Under the "Add to cart" button it states "Activates in Australia" (on the right of the page, at the top so I would assume that it does then.
