From 01 May 2020 to 30 June 2020 users of Bamboo Paper can unlock all premium features as a free of charge in-app purchase and keep them permanently.
Bamboo Paper is an app designed for Sketching, drawing and note taking. Available on your app store. Upgrade is applied automatically once your app launches for the first time.

Can't get it to work on Windows 10 though.
Working fine on Win 10 for me.
Win10 only allows trial rather than free IAP. iOS is free for me

Just creative pack from what i can see, and fineline pack is 'unavailable'
@xzybargain: I get the same - Win10 seems to only have trial options. Home -> Shopping cart icon -> Packs -> Pro Pack has 'Start Trial'.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled/restarted etc. and had no luck :(
As apposed to not working on iPhone iOS.

Can't get it to work. I can click the "shopping cart" in the app, and it would give me Notebooks, Tools and Packs, all marked free, but there is no way to add them to any short cut, or click any buttons on them (the word "Free" is shaped like a button but isn't clickable).

I think those are always free. If you swipe across, there are options there that are 0 AUD which you can click on to purchase for free.
I can't scroll sideways in the store on Android, so wondering if the pro pack listed as free or $0 for you? Mine is listed as free but greyed out.
Yup, it's greyed out. When I opened the app, it said all Pro features were unlocked. E.g some of the writing tools and paper textures that you can use now, normally wouldn't be there unless you paid for it. So you've definitely got them now.

How to check it was pro permanent license?
I downloaded the app, accepted the T&C's, skipped any and all account registration screens and got a confirmation screen saying the Pro Plus pack had been applied.
I have worked out how to enable "new bits" - fire it up, down the bottom right there will be a plus sign - click on that, there will be a "popup" for the packs - with a "buy now" - click on that you will be taken to a page where the price (0 AUD) button is active, and it will bring up the app store purchase (for 0$)
I swiped over to get the tools first.
Is it just me or is this lacking features? No palm rejection when using a stylus like on the Note 10 for example.
Uninstalled the app and then re-installed. All pro features message appears.

So happened I just ordered a Wacom pen too.
I think it is "keep them permanently" on the specific device until unistalled. I doubt the Pro pack upgrade is registered to your Wacom or Inkspace ID (which would have been ideal). I guess you'll lose the pack if you change device or uninstall/install outside the promo period.
Which model, and how does it compare with Apple Pencil or Logitech Crayon?
