The colour of the wand is silver white for v7 cord-free, red for v7 motorhead, for sure.
The v7 cord-free used to be without HEFA post filter, while v7 motorhead comes with one. But, from the pictures on their listings, it seems JB Hi-Fi's one does have a HEPA post filter (the blue attachment at the back), while TGG's one still comes witout HEPA post filter.
But for sure, you're better ask JB Hi-Fi staff for confirmation.
Got one from JB today, it shows Filtro Filter. not the hepa one.
According to a guy at JB today, the Motorhead has a 'HEPA filter', the cord-free doesn't and that's it. Supposedly better for allergies if you have a HEPA filter.

V9 if you’re okay with a potentially annoying warranty claim (compared to Dyson’s warranty of course)
Had the v7, motorhead died after 1.5 years, emailed Dyson and a few days later I had a new motorhead DHL'd to my door, no questions asked. Fantastic service.

I got v9 just for the dust mite function it was also cheaper at 299
Xiaomi Dreame V10 currently 300.99 with AU adapter, shipped from Sydney apparently https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/542005 (a tad more powerful compared to Dreame V9, no other notable differences though). No carpet head included.
Not sure if to wait for the V9 to go on sale again or get the V10 @300.9 now :\

i paid approx $340 last year from Big W (ebay). Sale price was $399 and then Ebay had a 15% promo offer bringing it down to approx $340
