  Noting that for Kogan ones, under their Warranty tab, it said This product also comes with the benefits of the Kogan.com Warranty. so there is a good chance that they are grey imports.

    For Apple products it won't matter if they're grey imports or not. Unless they've changed recently, Apple do international warranties on their stuff.
