  Can the grip for tablet be removed so that I can use it for other cameras?

    I just picked one up. The legs have a standard 1/4" stud on top. In fact it comes disassembled - you have to screw on the tablet holder onto the legs just like you would with a camera.

  I’m not so sure.

  I would go for the stand designed for that particular camera.
