I never had a problem with shopback until recently. Similar offer; I purchased an item from Catch of the Day; cashback was not tracked. Raised it with Shopback - waited for a week or so and was advised that I was not entitled to the cashback. Received a guide on how to disable antivirus etc. I like shopback, but the combination of shopback and catch of the day? never again.
I made a purchase today but it seems like the shopback email has only tracked a fraction of the cashback……..
