Overwatch CE Monopoly - $19 + Delivery/Free C&C @ EB Games

Price has been reduced from $98.
This board game was actually $39 only a week ago.
Plenty of stock in both metro/regional areas.

(The game pieces look terrible but can't complain at this price)

good price but overwatch is a deadgame now….

    • +1

I still play from time to time on PC

    • +10

i imagine this feels more like monopoly than Overwatch while you're playing though.

    • +4

I guess 4 years into the games lifecycle the playerbase has dropped, but it is a long long way from being dead. Once OW2 comes out I feel it will surge back up the charts.

    • +4

      Battleborn is a dead game.
Overwatch is still highly active and with OW2 on the horizon, the playerbase will likely surge upwards again.

      • +3

Yep. I have been playing OW since day one. Can still find a game within 30 seconds so I don't think it's dead. Maybe DPS role queue and comp still take long time to find a match but that's just the nature of it

The $19 price tag for novelty is the appeal, thks grabbed on.

    • +1

Got one for this very reason. $19….why not

There's a monopoly board for bloody everything.

Real question is why there isn't one for Ozbargain. I'd snap one up right away (if it's on sale of course)

      You're correct.

I actually own this one as I'm alumni - https://thegradshop.arc.unsw.edu.au/products/monopoly

Here in Australia, there is a company called Winning Moves (winningmoves.com.au) that design customised Monopoly sets for local councils, cities, public venues and companies such as Bunnings and EB Games.

It actually wouldn't be too much of as stretch for the higher ups at OzBargain to contact them about a potential collaboration.

Price errors will be a heartache in the game!

    • If its anything like the Mario Kart edition, then it plays quite different to standard Monopoly and has its own rule set.
