    brand? picture? how do you order? how do you pay? postage cost?

    Gotta give us more mate. I'm definitely interested.

    • +1

      I was interested too until I looked at the website, besides the above info that is missing, is it a registered business? what is the ABN?

    • i will put a pic and paypal and where abouts are you so i can work out the postage cost

  • MSY sells mobile racks for $16.
    so you save $1
    not much info on the site.
    how much is postage?
    is PayPal option available?
    is there pickup option?

  • No picture, incomplete description, not a bargain price - what's so good?

  • How much do you charge to copy dvds?

    • how many do you need to copy and what would you like me to copy or convert

      • have about thousands of movies that I wanted to copy
        and some that I rented last night

        what's the volume pricing? :P

  • +1

    Dimensions? Brand? Picture?
    No bargain to see here.

  • OMG the website is so 1995…there are tons of free templates out there that looks million times better…

    • +5

      It may be so 1995, but it loads fast, due to having none of the useless 2011 bling that so many websites have these days, I suspect.

      I personally like a nice clean simple website that doesn't take ages to download unnecessary flash files and fancy java code to do all that bling.

      • I agree. It loads heaps fast on my 56K modem too.

        • +2

          what you still use those :D

        • oh another bragging rich boy eh, flaunting your supafast Dialup speeds here will win you no friends. I bet you don't even reach 40k…no the trusty old Netcomm 28.8k will do me fine, I've got no need for your fancy-pants theoretical city-slicker speeds

          and the website is fine…I mean it says under services
          "More exciting information to come !"….I'm BIG Kev excited!

    • The name "Lucille Computers" suits very well, as it reminds me of Lucille Ball, and they must have balls to try drumming up sales with a half-finished site like that.

    • omg the website is supposed to be simple not over the top and confusing like some other websites i will fix the details ok

      • +1

        It's the lack of details that is really killing you. If you were running a shoe shop this'd be the equivalent ad:

        Ez-On $15
        * removable foot enclosure
        * compatible with left and right feet
        * increase your mobility
        * easy installation
        * full kit
        *
        *

        HURRY - LIMITED STOCK !!

        [email protected]

      • Saw you updated the details. Can you also add the model number to the info?

  • No ABN, no brand, no product details. This is not a bargain.

    Gets my vote for font of the year!

    • which font? in the logo?

  • the page is simple and conveys the necessary info, but the html has a lot of redundant padding / spaces which if removed, would be even faster to load.

    Man what an awesome website. I took one look at it and bookmarked it so I can come back when Im designing sites and use it as a reference point on how NOT to inspire confidence or trust in customers.

    Seriously? These guys are in business and thats how they present themselves online?

    PASS from me. (No offense to OP - than ks for the post, but honestly, this business is a joke. I wouldnt buy from them - just looks dodgy)

    • first of all the website or my company is not dodgy as you claim to be you dont know me or what my company does at least i dont false advertise like a lot of the larger companies the joke is on you because im not an expert on websites doesnt mean that im dodgy im just simply selling a product that i have stock of and the website will be improved thanks for your expertise on thinking you know people when you havent met them or the kind of service i provide compare to other businesses people never give a go for the small businesses because there is a lot of wannabes out there it doesnt mean we are all the same

      • +1

        Actually I didnt say anything about you personally or make any assertions about your company as such. What I said was that your website looks unprofessional, and from that impression I wouldnt do business with you.

        Its a subtle but important distinction. You might want to re-read the post.

        A word of advice: Feedback from customers / potential customers is potential money in the bank for any business. You have two options when it's offered - one is to get defensive and argumentative, and to try and prove a point - which you seem to have done here - and the other is to take the information on board and improve your business from it.

        The information being provided in this thread is costing you nothing and telling you a lot about how you appear to your market.

        Maybe instead of arguing/debating with your customers, listen to them, and work out how to improve the relationship. I would dare to venture that your responses below, which are in a similar vain, arent winning you any fans either.

        Or you could just keep digging yourself in deeper.

        • thanks for the advice and i apologise if i sounded defensive i will take it on board and improve it thanks for that

    Yeah its sorta not very convincing from someone who claims to have 'been in the industry for over 20 years' not to know how to construct a website that is meant to be simple; yet is sorta too simple for its own good…And for their own business. No offence OP, but its just a bit NQR. Theres points on the product that are not even completed - or even a picture…

    • +2

      well look at the people who know it all i never said i was an expert in websites and im working on how to improve with the post on ozbargain im new to this so you shouldnt judge a book by its cover unlike you people who think are experts

      • +2

        ABN Registered in 1999, Can you prove you have been in the IT Industry for over 20 years? what were you doing before 1999?

        • -1

          ive been working in the industry for 20 years i dont have to prove anything to anyone my primary business is service and upgrades im just putting some stock cause i need to get rid of it and its new gee do you people ever read anything

  • omg, these racks must be bargain of the year!!!!!!!!!
