Dimple 15 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky 700ml $50 (Was $75) @ BWS (in Store & Online)

1190

Flavoursome, light and smooth, Dimple 15 year old Scotch Whisky is an elegant Scotch. For the distinguished Scotch drinker, it is delicate on the palate with a hint of dark chocolate. Best served on the rocks or with a dash of water.

Looks like a good low price. Never seen lower. Good to have with ice.

Same price on good ol Amazon for prime members

  • How does this compare with JW Green (which is the only blend I know :/ )

    • In my opinion JW Green is much better. I am bias though as i don't like Dimple at all.

    • I've had both and definitely prefer jw green. The Dimple 15 was ok though, maybe it will taste better after coming back to it, but my first bottle was a bit disappointing.

JW goes around $62-65 when on deal. For this price, Dimple isn't bad.

    • It's good value at this price, JW Green hasn't been the same since it came back on the market.

    • If you like Green, then this might be too subtle.

Funny when you work at BWS.. specials like this are just the norm to me, don't even think to post it on OzBargain. Btw, we've recently changed our specials to last 4 weeks instead of 2, so this is on for a while.

We've sold a heap of these, aswell as Singleton, and Glenfidd.

I like my job, pays my bills during uni. Got an issue? I also don't have to pay for booze as you get enough freebies anyway. I got Beer slabs, wine boxes sitting all around my house.

        • -6

          You go to uni.

        • mate I worked at BWS and no way you get free shit from them unless you're stealing it or doing something dodgy. Reps dont go into BWS giving samples to the workers.

      • +6

Why can't reps neg rubbish like this?

        • -6

Thanks for saying it's rubbish, I was going to order

    • I prefer Singleton over this. Under-rated drop.

It's an old person's drink. Old people aren't getting out. Hence the oversupply. I am not an economist in real life, but play an idiot on the internet.

This is Chris Hansen's favourite whiskey. Why don't you have a seat over here?

    • Nice try detective, I'm not falling for that again!

  • Same price at dan murphys.

  • Just got one at Uncle Dan’s for 5 cents less. $49.95.
Plus used a 5.25% off gift card thanks to Cashrewards.
    Plus 2.5% back at Cashrewards.
    I’ll drink to that!

  • Don't rate this whisky at all. Even at $50, I much prefer a cheap single that BWS stock.

      Example

      • Ardmore legacy was good if they still stock that, Bowmore is decent for the price.

    • I'd take Monkey Shoulder over this, indeed.
