Tiger without a doubt. Just pick the model that has the capacity and features you want.

    • Yeah, Tiger's a good brand. Had one for many many years, still working great.

  • Best rice I've ever cooked is in a pressure cooker, and you get all of the other benefits of pressure cookers as well!

    • Honestly after having 2 cheap ones break down on me already a pressure cooker is probably a good option.

They are just sometimes annoyingly hard to clean but they definitely won't break down unless you seal the exit and it explodes but then you got bigger problems to worry about.

  • I've been using a $15 Kmart one for about 6 years. Still working perfectly!

  • Cuckoo, Cuchen and Tiger are better than local brands imo

We have Cuckoo rn, Kr brand made in Korea :)
      previously used Tiger.

      • We also have a Cuckoo and it's great

  • Make sure you get a good one. Not a cheap one.
    Breville is very good

    I just bought a Zojirushi from amazon.com.jp
If you are buying these - make sure you get a "tourist model" to align with 230V.
got it shipped with Tenso at a total of about $500.
