    Received the earbuds today, but it doesn't power on? Case showing 2 steady green LED so it is fully charged but no lights on the earbuds at all either when it is sitting in the case or when it's taken out. Tried turning it on manually by pressing the multi function button but no response.

      PSA: There is a tiny plastic piece covering the terminals on both earbuds. It is so tiny that you can't really see it unless using a magnifying glass and light. You need to remove it before you can charge the earbuds. Nothing written in the instructions about its removal. Scratch at it until it peels off slightly then simply peel it off. Reading the reviews on Amazon, there's a few other buyers who didn't realize this and assumed it was DOA.

          Very good for $19.99. It’s no Bose but I love it. Bass is strong (at least for me). I’m thinking of getting a second pair as a gift if it ever goes on sale again.

          Using it for a week now. Only down side is that the multi function buttons (single tap, double tap, long press) can be confusing as the button activates different functions between the left and right earbud. You also can’t control the volume using the earbuds.

    Got the earphones. Sound quality is not as good as the QCY

        QCY has much better sound clarity and better bass too. Also, lot more comfortable to wear.
