The heavenly 2016 Grant Burge Holy Trinity GSM is a blend of 51% Grenache, 35% Shiraz and 14% Mourvèdre. Think black forest cake, dark berries and raspberries on the nose; and earthy forest floor, cocoa and dark aromatic spices on the palate. Bottled under cork, it is worth watching this wine develop for the next 7-15 years.
