Yes your right, seems to have aluminum instead of stainless.
@Jumpup: The chart isn't 100% up to day. The Ultimum series has an Ultra TOTAL® 3-layer non-stick interior, which is more durable than normal TOTAL® 3-layer non-stick interior on other Circulon series.
I believe the black one is aluminum exterior, while black/siler one in your listing is stainless steel exterior, I guess.
@O O: I’ve purchased it and will decide in the morning if I’ll cancel but seems worth paying the extra $100 over the Tefal.

It’s one of the best in the market they are selling at David Jones for $600 and $210 is the lowest price it’s been.
Got a pot from Woolies and it’s pretty shitty. Things stick and burn.
If you can afford it maybe keep it.@Jumpup: yes they did,
a quick call in the morning and all sortedwent through our existing pots and pans, and we dont need any pans, so if the 3 pot deal comes up, we will buy!
@Samsungnote10: Yes they are. In general Circulon seems to be better than similar priced pot sets. I’ve been reading reviews deciding on a long lasting pot set.

The Calculon All My Circuits set is also pretty impressive.
I prefer Circulon over Tefal, the pans are a bit more weighty and the grooves are great for non-stick.
I've avoided buying pans with groove patterns deliberately thinking that they would be a pain to clean out anything that does get stuck in them - not the case?
They're fine for couple of months and then yes, they are pain to clean.
I managed to kill a small one using a wooden spoon in it over a few weeks instead of a silicone tool, it really didn’t like the wood on it.

Wife has had some of them for 20 years, last a lifetime.
My $2 pan from 20 years ago is still going strong! Everything was made properly back then.
I wonder if the quality would be the same. Seems to be around $300ishy for something similar.
Why are U buying a new one?
One pan only. The new pot set I bought has peeled.
I was let down by the handles on the Tefal, just feel a bit too plastic-y. I was also missing the lid on the smallest saucepan, odd omission IMO.
But everything else in the set is great, and for almost half price of this set might be suitable for super budget conscious people.
What Tefal set was that?
