Mickey D's are better due to their crispyness. KFC has better seasoning, but their sogginess makes them lose.
KFC is losing its touch, even Red Rooster's fried chicken things (popcorn chicken, wings) are on par if not better than KFC.
i 10000000% disagree, red roosters formed chicken is absolute garbage. Has no flavour and tastes like any frozen chicken from coles/woolies.
McD's used to be good, but they're way too dry now.
JUst deep fry them at home… now time to look for bargain deep fryer
That's why all kfc nuggets I buy go straight to the airfryer for 5mins on 180c to get that extra crispy goodness without drying it out too much!

McDonald's sweet and sour is just apricot sauce.

cook in oven and you can have as many sauces as you have in your house :)

theyre not meant to be crunchy its basically the original recipe batter like the standard chicken.
Back when I was a boy, KFC original recipe batter was slightly crunchier, rather than the current soggy, spongy, "chickens feet" texture.
BBQ sauce + aioli is the ultimate in nugget sauce.

Have not had Macca's nuggets in the last few years that weren't mostly batter, Chicken is formed also and Dry and crunchy.
Maybe it varies by state but this is in Vic.
KFC always a little soggy, but seem to have more chicken and taste more real that Macca's formed, clear winner in my house from the fast food options. KFC just cooked taste alot Better than sitting in there warmers.
if the nuggets had the same texture as the popcorn chicken, slightly dry and crunchy. I might be more keen on them, but they're always soggy and most of the time the skins falls apart inside the box.
Had KFC yesterday and the nuggets were soggy as. Always the case when in almost sealed box then other stuff is on top of it.
Best when they are fresh cooked and eaten after buying, driving home they get soggy.
We had them yesterday .. and ate them in our tesla, while driving.
The nuggets were pre-sogged.
