Symfonisk doesn't sound as good, and doesn't have Alexa/Google Assistant support
They sound exactly the same to me, and the insides are identical - there are tear downs on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZB413S8KDmo (but boxes are bigger, so should sound better
I have the assistant turned off on mine anyway
There are a few morons reviewing them on youtube and comparing them to Sonos' more expensive offerings - DUH!
man don't tell me you actually think Sonos that stupid to offer premium sound with Ikea products….yes it's a collab and if it's like what you are saying then no one would spend to buy their own products.
They might not sound as good, but they do sound much better than I thought they would. Especially when you pair a couple together.

It’s could actually be a good way to get people into the ecosystem. Offer th basic speaker cheap and then when it’s time to get a soundbar or a subwoofer or bigger speakers you think well I’m already in Sonos, I may as well go with them.

Sonos allows 100 days free returns if you ended up not being happy with the products. Slight premium to pay if you are not sure if you gonna like them.
If you use this as part of the home theatre setup it no longer "Smart". Thats a small flaw

If you are using Arc or Playbar , Smart assistant isnt available on these speakers.
You can use it on the Arc though, so it makes sense?
I got the One SLs on release day from JB for around $440 I think.
You have a bigger bargaining power if you buy two at the same time. Just try walking up to a rep and ask if they could sell it at that price.
Are these any good with LG TV's?
I think the issue with using smart speakers with TVs is usually the latency, can't speak to these speakers but I've seen complaints even using a cable connection on similar speakers.
