  Yes there is a code in the case. It's how the game is actually redeemed onto Steam.

To bad its has no stock in sa and stores won't transfer most of their cheap ass games that they seemly keep selling with barely any stock. Such as elex its only worth $5 no store will transfer it for me and 3rd party key sites still $20+
