They may have changed it, I ordered $78 worth before discount and got 15% off the item I purchased with that code.
Can someone tell me which courier company does Pet Circle use?
I am unsure if it's Courier Please or Australia Post as it's the deciding factor on whether I make an order or not. I've had several bad experiences with Couriers Please, so am really hoping it will be the latter.
Be careful with this company. We did 3 orders with this code a couple of days ago - we got the code from an email that said $15 off on all orders ($150 minimum order in small print) had 3 separate charges on my card. The next day got an email with all the orders combined and only one discount and a fourth charge for $30 on my card.
Contacted them via live chat and they said only one discount per account and refused to refund the unauthorised charge despite the wording of the email and nowhere that I could find with the condition of only one discount per customer.
I've filed a charge back with the bank.
Unlucky mate. I just ordered 2x bags this morning after receiving the email just to qualify for the discount. Not the best of discounts but definitely better than nothing!
