Ethiopia Sidamo
This is a high quality washed coffee bean from the Ethiopian Sidamo region. Growing altitude 1500-2220 masl. The Ethiopian Sidamo region produces versatile coffee beans that suit all coffee types. It is well-balanced, has great body and a pleasant mouthfeel. Roasted to medium with cupping notes exhibiting peach and citrus (lemony) with complex sparkling acidity. This coffee bean is an amazing single origin.

Winter Blend
Our Seasonal Winter Blend, a delicious, medium roasted blend of coffees from Honduras, Colombia, and Mexico.

Seasonal Winter Blend; like a snap in your mouth hit of dark chocolate, spiced wine flavour with well-balanced acidity. This blend emits a sweet aroma, creamy texture with a syrupy finish.

      Sorry, we do not offer a grinding option. We believe the benefits of buying whole bean coffee are just too great to be ignored. Amongst freshness and taste, we think that pre-ground coffee beans are a waste of money. Your grind size has to pair with your coffee brewer—otherwise, you end up with imbalanced coffee. With pre-ground coffee, you don’t have the option of making it the right size for a different brewer.
      If you’re used to buying pre-ground coffee, we get it - the convenience factor is a big one. But once you realize what you’re missing (the extra happiness) the perfect cup of coffee brings, we think you’ll want to make the switch. We always suggest our customers purchase a grinder, manual or electric whichever you prefer. You might even be able to find an awesome deal on Ozbargain, try it, and see the difference it makes :)

        Thanks, i used to buy whole coffee beans back in my country, but i had a place to grind it near home and i totally understand the taste difference. I'm fairly new in Melbourne, so I'm looking for options to have it grinded for now, but I'll look into a cheap way to do it at home and then I'll start buying from you. Thanks!

      Hi Arlie50501,

      We have tried brewing the Ethiopian coffees and our Winter Blend in an aeropress, plunger, and brewed using many various filter type machines similar to the Moccamaster and have found that they all produce a more than decent cup.

        Received it on Friday, i emailed the team.

        Must say, great customer service and 5 day turn around for shipping. Haven't tried the beans yet but the process was seamless.

    I must say I've been massively disappointed with both of these coffees. The beans themselves don't have a great colour at all and the taste is very bland and almost a bit burned on the Winter Blend. Brewed on a Jura F7. This will be my first and last purchase here.
