Looking for 3D Autodesk Maya Laptop/Desktop

I am after a desktop/laptop/workstation that strong enough for Autodesk Maya.
It is for my cousin course in 3D animation. Expect render and design. Some Adobe Suit and DaVinci Resolve as well

Budget roughly 3000 more or less
