      Just thought I'd add that I don't think that this massager is for the faint of heart. At the risk of inviting more innuendo, my lady has really stiff back muscles, and she likes a very strong massage. I ran the massager up and down her back until my arms were about to give out, but she would've been happy to keep going. On the other hand, anything more than a couple of minutes with this massager is painful for me, even on the lowest setting/attachment combo.

    Hey got mine today… but could others tell me how the heat function is for them?

    Mine doesn't seem to heat up much… maybe not at all.
    Also is the switch supposed to light up? Mine doesn't.

      lol. same thing as mine.
      I thought, the switch does light up. I think heat is quite mild and you can feel a little bit after 5-10 minutes of usage. I checked after opening the cover. But I wonder, if that heat is due to continuous running or the feature of the product.

      Heating thing as advertised does not work.

        Yeah, I just couldn't decide.
        I eventually thought the "heat" was just motor heat after a few minutes use…. thought that can't be it.

          I was wondering the same thing about the heating as well. The light is not on at all, what's the point of having translucent button? It does feel warm after 10 minutes or so, but we are not suppose to use it more than 15 minutes, so heat massage is only available for 5mins?
