  • I've ordered from Five Senses previously who are also in Vic and got it the next business day. This is too slow.

  • Just saw all your comments and found mine at the door! Inner Westie Melbourne here.

  • Mine was picked up the roaster by Aussie Post yesterday morning and, if the tracking is correct, it has just sat at Port Melb since… Not all of the delay is Inglewood.

Hopefully it comes as a Saturday delivery 🤞🏻

Inglewood usually hand deliver to me, so interesting to see the postal service used this time.

Did two orders. First one arrived today with Aeropress. Stoked.
    I'm in Melbourne.

    • I just received mine as well. However, I got the AeroPress Go Coffee Maker instead of the regular one. What did you get?

      • I just received the aeropress GO instead of the original. I checked the website again to see what I had ordered and it was the original aeropress

What did you do? Did you contact them ?

I also got the wrong coffee beans to what I ordered …

        • I haven't contacted them, I'll just keep the Aeropress Go, it's good enough for me.

          • @cnitsuj: No probs, just had a read and the Go is just a tad smaller in volume

            • +1

@deal01: Yeah I noticed when I compared to my old Aeropress. I only fill 3/4 of the Aeropress as I take it with milk.
What do you plan to do with the Go?

              • @cnitsuj: I've never used an aeropress before and was hoping it was the larger volume (original one). Online it now says sold out. I've got in touch with them but haven't got a reply back yet. Also the coffee blend I received was incorrect as well.

                • @deal01: Did they end up replying as I'm in the same boat and got a go and would rather the original? thanks

                  • @loading: Not @deal01 but also in the same boat.
We've talked to them (via phone call) and they promised to send us a return postage label, however haven't received it yet. I did notice they created a new shipment in AusPost. Will reply with any progress.

                    • @AncientWisdom: My parcel took 3 weeks to get here and wasn't sure if I wanted to deal with them again, so keen to know what happens.

                      • @loading: Yeah took a while but we finally got the return postage labels. Will keep updating.

                  • @loading: No luck with email replies - sent about 3. They were contactable by phone and were quite nice to replace coffee but took another 2 weeks as I had to chase up via phone again.

  • Did anyone receive the wrong blend ?
Ordered sunset blvd but revived the Roosevelt blend instead ??

    • A mistake on their part. But in case you are trying their coffee for the first time, Roosevelt is also quite good, and worth trying. There are those who prefer Roosevelt; I prefer Sunset but that is just an individual preference.

      • +1

I haven’t tried either but heard the sunset was a good starter so was going to try that first. Will see what they can do about sending the wrong order

Waiting for the aeropress that hasn’t arrived yet from a separate order done 10 mins after first order.

  • I received my order via Australia post after ordering last Sunday (west suburbs of Melbourne). Very impressed with the coffee they produce and the tin is a fantastic little add on.
I have tried 3 of their coffee so far: Sunset, Roosevelt and La Hammona (all ordered ground as I drink it via a cafeteria/moka on the stove). All great, but the Sunset is by far my favourite.
I have ordered 1kg bags and once opened I vacuum seal 250g packets to maintain the freshness.
Keep up good work Inglewood! you have got a big fan and continued customer in me.

  • Got my beans today (Metro Vic), yet to receive aeropress, weird.

  • Did anyone get shipping tracking. I didnt get anything

  • Received my order today in Melbourne! Roast dateis about two weeks ago though. I hope they stay fresh for few weeks as I ordered a Kilo!

    • +1

Freshly roasted beans should be used within 4 weeks but you can freeze some to preserve longevity.

  • i'm still waiting… shipping says still in Melbourne (needs to come to SE Qld)

    • and still waiting…. now exactly 2 weeks since i placed the order.

      • finally received my order on 13th July. 18 days after ordering. Beans were roasted 14 days ago (on 29th), but weren't posted until 1st July.

  • Got mine today. Ordered Thursday 25th. Roast date of 23rd of June.

  • Ordered 28th, roast date 29th, arrived today by AusPost (previous orders haven't been posted)

  • Ordered 25th, received today, roast date 29/06. AusPost still shows 'Picked from sender'
However, I got Spirit of Peace whereas I ordered Sunset Boulevard. Anyone faced the same? What did you do?

    • If I were you, keep it. It is more expensive, and it is really good. I ordered this for the first time, together with Sunset which I like - and very happy, drinking it now.

      • +2

I emailed them and they said, keep it and we'll send you the one you ordered.

        So now I have 250g X 2 bags for $10.

        Honesty pays :)

        • Good gesture from them and a great outcome for you!
I doubt your honesty would have been called into question either way since beans decline in value from roasting date - keeping what they sent would just be making their life easier.
Enjoy, they are both good! :-)
