  The website stipulates "like new" has 12 months warranty.
  Here the store rep says 6 months.
  Battery description is provided under Grade A and B, so should we assume "like new" desription is a 100% battery?
  That's some big discrepancies in my mind, apart from how good is the battery.
  Otherwise would be interested.

    Thanks for raising this issue . Ill get this double checked with the manager and have it updated. "Like new" is our ex demo stock and the battery is always 85% or over.

  Phone is stated as "Like New" and there is an option for Warranty 12 month Samsung, but your warranty states Like New is treated as "12 Months warranty" without the "to be claimed via us or the manufacturer."

  So which one is it? Will the S10 have Warranty directly with Samsung?

    Yes it has 12 months balance of warranty left.
    You can claim either via samsung or via us in case of a defect
