This is a solid discount for those looking for a USB-C to HDMI adapter. RRP for $68 at Harvey Norman. So $12.50 is 82% discount. This appears to be a good deal. Belkin 45W USB-C fast charger for $19.50. RRP is $80 (JBH, HVN, Officeworks) so this is a >75% discount.
Could most probably price match at Officeworks but you'll need to adjust for delivery costs

  What worths to confirm is that if the adaptor supports 4K @ 60Hz (if you have the requiremnet). Many cheap ones can only do 4K @ 30Hz. (From the description this one does).

  K-mart has one available for $15 if you only need a 1080p cheapy. I use it daily and it been fine for the last couple months.
