Probably not. "Cashback is not payable on usage of codes not listed on ShopBack."
Remember that almost every store on Cashrewards and Shopback will have the term "Excludes taxes, fees and additional extras."
So the actual cashback% you will receive on your payment to My Pet Warehouse will be 20%/1.1 (removing GST)= 18.1818% discount. And that's after any other eligible discounts/gift cards deducted and with free shipping, if you pay shipping cashback isn't given on that so the % cashback on your payment will be even lower.
And as always discount codes/gift cards may entirely void your cashback being given at all, unless listed otherwise on the CR/SB landing page for the store.

Is it 18% or 14.4%?Cashback is literally 18% as per yupyup's post above.
14.4% is how I tend to think of cashback as a further % reduction on retail price.
0.8 x 0.9 x 0.2 = 0.144 = 14.4% off normal price.
Still better to cross-reference prices after cashback against other sites to get the best deal.
Even with the 20% off and 20% cash back this store is not very cheap. Pet circle’s everyday prices are about the same.
