Lol fake. Do not buy because it probably crap quality or at least no where near as good as Lego. Plus it doesn't retain value so in the long run you are better off buying Lego.

Cheap lego knock-off. Definetly worth paying the extra little bit for the real thing.
This stuff doesn't hurt as much when you step on it, so definitely worth it for me.

Tbf the patents on the Lego block idea ran out ages ago, so this is legal.
