Pretty sure i've been jipped at least once by these so called 2000 points. Once with coles, once with first choice liquor. Very hesitant now.

Apparently there're number of manual steps in the process.
Follow up missing points is also not a fun exercise, can only be done over phone and takes a few calls.
It happens, call and chase up. My points was added a few days after I called. Usually in their T&Cs, there will be something along the lines that says "points will be added by XXX date". I usually just put a reminder in my calendar to check just after the deadline, and call to follow up if it has not been received.
Note: I've only had to call and follow up twice over the past 3-4 years.

Apparently known issue when ordering from first choice. Need to keep a record and call them if it doesn't show.
