Can't believe people buy from here. They don't respond to any emails, just got my refund from PayPal, you will be apart from your funds about a month if you fall for lower prices. Not worth the risk.

Honestly one of the worst companies to get customer service from. If you are unlucky and have issues, goodluck dealing with paypal or trying to speak to someone to obtain a resolution. They charge extra for delivery to anything outside major cities and dont provide anything else for it.
Honestly avoid unless you wish to play the odds, stick with a more reputable company!
EDIT: Just read two other people above me have been refunded through paypal because the company can't get there act together!

If you pay no tax on your purchase then why would you want a tax invoice for?
I assume that buying from them through ebay you would pay gst thus their reply?
Avoid this company, no customer support at all. Shoud've known when I emailed them a question, received no reply for 2 weeks. Bought it anyways, arrived faulty. No reply from customer service. PayPal got my money back but needed to pay shipping fees to return.
