I’ve stated I don’t have to be an authorised reseller to sell

Great. So you’re finally admitting you are not an authorised reseller. Where did you source the units from then if they didn’t come from Nintendo?

        Warranty is provided

People want a warranty from Nintendo, not from a small business.

Really not trying to be a jerk (like some people here are).

        • Warranty is either a refund or a new replacement which is what I’m supplying

Yes, but people want the warranty from Nintendo, not you.

            • @PainToad: I have a feeling these were purchased cheap and he is reselling them for more.

Wonder where they got them cheap from? Not that OP will ever answer it seems.

                • @PainToad: Well i picked up a grey version with 6 months warranty left and in perfect condition for $160 with box and all.

My mate got one too in excellent condition for $120 with box too.

So you can find them and if he has a store he might even do trade ins.

There are people who need money and are desperate to sell.

                • @PainToad: Do you ask jb Hi-Fi for contact details of supplier

            • @PainToad: So does Nintendo wait at other shops to replace your items

The store either replaces it or refunds money

        • quite curious about where these units were originally from.

  • why aren't they still in the plastic wrap? Where did they come from? Why are the boxes looking like they've bounced around a fair bit?

    • They don’t come wrapped in plastic

      • I didn't realise that, thanks. But you didn't answer the other questions. You can see why we are all a little dubious right?

        • I answered everyone

          • @247phonerepair: Where did they come from? Why are the boxes looking like they've bounced around a fair bit?

            • @Jabbawingo: I have them in a box and I travel in a maxi taxi because I’m in a wheelchair so they move around in the box
