  Been tracking a set of new strut tops.
  Usually $200. And I missed out on a carmods sale a bit ago.

  just be aware for anyone who hasn't ordered from them before and need parts in a hurry, they often take about a week to ship out orders every time they have one of these promos.

    For what its worth, recently ordered a set of upper control arms and these took over a month to get delivered. Funny when you see advertisements on 4WD Action (or 4WD247 now). They bloat about ordering one and it comes the next day.

    Maybe it would for me if I went on and promoted their services as well.

    Another time, they sent a deformed bull bar out, so that went back and took 2 months to get money back, as they rambled on about they needed to get agreement from the manufacturers first (the russians as it was a Rival bull bar). Once I finally convinced them that the contract of sale was between me and them, they decided to send back the money.

    Not sure if I will try them again.

      Their communication is hit and miss. Fine, if you're being swamped by orders just send an auto reply email to everyone. I shouldn't have to ask about the status of my order (2 weeks was the longest of silence from them).

      And don't get me started about the exclusions from free shipping.

      Too bad Supercheap don't have most of the parts I need, or are a bit more expensive. They're a lot easier to deal with.

  For what it’s worth, I’ve ordered from sparesbox a few times. My T2 DBA rotors took about 2 weeks but my brake pads took a few days.. so it’s a bit hit and miss but generally, I never order anything online if I need it in a hurry or expect it to be here tomorrow..

  I ordered some items few weeks back.
  bare in mind: they uses the worst courier(CourierPlease),
  the parcel were delivered to 4 suburbs away to an newsagent(not even a local post office or closer agent in Melb CBD).

  the worst part? item MISSING in the box!
  already sent them a message through their website, will see how it goes!

  Dismissive and palming off is their strategy.

  Can't even get a hold of a real person, just bullshit responses.
