Can we be sure memory from this supplier or Amazon is authentic? I've been buying from B&H (USA) because I trust their stock is genuine even if it costs a little more after GST and freight.

Amazon would refund you if you could show its fake with little dramas. I’d stick to the ones fulfilled by Amazon if you are concerned and not a third party, if you want to be a bit safer.
Yes Amazon are good with refunds but testing for a dud card can be tricky. It's easy to check if they have falsified the capacity but you might have a fake card that is low spec and you have to try and do speed tests to confirm. Even genuine specs are best-case so in real life you probably won't achieve them. Yes you are right about avoiding third parties for items like this.
