This is the first time i pre ordered with Amazon and I received mine today. I'm not that far relatively speaking from their Melbourne distribution centre so that probably had something to do with it.
My pre-order on Amazon said 'Arriving Tuesday' as of yesterday afternoon, cancelled my order and went to JB HiFi on my lunch break today. I'll sacrifice the dollar for a weekend of playing.

This is why i cancelled my order last week, too many bad experiences with Friday deliveries and games from Amazon. Think they fudged up my Spiderman pre order last year and COD.
If they're shipping via fastway, you can be sure it wont arrive on time.
Amazon always sells games for $1 cheaper than the advertised lowest launch price (JB Hi-Fi at $69 in this case), but with launches on Friday, they always get delivered the following Monday.
Is the $1 saving worth the 3 day wait? Not for me.

I started with Xbox and ended up selling it, this is coming from the biggest Xbox fan boy in my teens. PlayStation destroyed Xbox this generation with its exclusives, AAA high quality game after game. And all we got was recore, crackdown, Halo, just disappointments all round.

So true, I do enjoy Halo and Forza but I find myself craving the great single player adventure games that PS has. Last of Us, Horizom Zero Dawn, Spiderman, Ghost of Tsushima. I hear Fable rumors stirring but that's probably far off.
Halo the MCC collection has some of my favourite games of all time, but wow 5 was bad, most deceptive marketing of all time what a let down. I feel like all of Xboxs games this gen have been mediocre or a let down, I waited for so long for Crackdown and it was somehow worse than the first lmao! I want Xbox to come back big with the 27th showcase, just give us some confidence again in the brand. I would love to be surprised with a new fable!
Oh man the jump to PlayStation was the best thing ever, I moved literally for spiderman at the time and I felt so overwhelmed with exclusives it had such a back log it was epic
Any comments on the difficulty level for this game. Tried Sekiro, and found it hard. Whereas I enjoyed playing AC Origins and Odyssey.
You can change difficulty as they want the game accessible to all.
Plus it seems there are not trophies related to difficulty
I'm playing on normal difficulty and the only real hard thing is the terrible camera at times. Otherwise I feels like a very awesome assassins creed set in Japan. It's damn brilliant.
If Sekiro is 10/10 for dificulty, this game on hard so far is about 4/10. I'm about 4 hours in though, so very possible it gets harder along the way.
Sounds more like my kind of game then. I would’ve loved Souls style games when I was a student, but these days I might only get time to play 2 hours per week. It’s too hard to develop muscle memory and remember moves/counters when you’re spending the first 20 minutes of each play session remembering what you’re supposed to do next.

After you have redeemed the code in the PS store, that's when you can download the bonus contents.
The avatar can be changed in your profile, the theme can be changed where you change your PS4 background theme and the soundtrack can be opened at the PS4 home menu after you have downloaded.

Reviews are pretty average. They all praise the visuals, large world and some minor things like the breeze waypoint finder option but after the first few hours of gameplay, everything is repetitive and meh like the Assassins games.

Sekiro held its value pretty well. You don’t see it reduced much, unlike, say, Dark Souls 3.
I don't think Sekiro has been under $60 on PSN since it released. There were a couple of physical sales but it still goes for full price and its not that well stocked.
