    Thanks for the link.

Has anyone here tried a Big Willy ?

    • +2

No, but I'm curious as to your opinions on it.

SUPERSHINE 11% The Grandfather of Moonshine, 3 SD per 330ml bottle, knock you over tasty

          • @Jamesx: I've tried their Hatlifter Stout. That's a nice drop…

Top beer. Pretty sure though the draught is usually a fair bit cheaper than the pale and other types mornington make

  • +6

Slabs of Draught go for $48: https://www.liquorland.com.au/beer/mornington-draught-can-37…

    Go for the Pale.

  • +2

Solid Pale! Their Brown is also top notch but not part of this offer. Thanks OP

  • +2

Pity no Brown, but Pale is great.

Draught is $46 at First Choice. Regular price of $79 my arse! https://www.firstchoiceliquor.com.au/beer/mornington-draught-can-375ml_3643368?cid=FC:cpcggl:Shopping-Spirits(2018)&gclsrc=aw.ds&&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIuImw2ena6gIVwRErCh2LCg1qEAQYASABEgKgxfD_BwE

    • Maybe that's manufacturers RRP?
Mass Merchants tend to sell below RRP.

    • It's getting cheaper, $79 is the RRP for the Pale I reckon. Draught has had some good deals going around in the wholesale market, so would expect that to flow through.

  • Anyone in Brisbane want to split an order?

    • I'm on the Goldy and would split, but looks like the pale ale is sold out :(

      • +1

Oh well, guess I save $50

  • Pale Ale sold out

    • Drat.

I got greedy, had them in cart then realised the cashrewards…. Took them out and went back into deal and GONE!

  • Draught usually a bit cheaper but $50 is still a great price - puts it on par with Carlton, which it is far superior to. Pale, if it comes back in stock, is an even better deal.

That said, the price of these is in flux as the brewery was bought out by a group (not a big multinational, a local group of craft breweries). Hard to say where the pricing will end up, but they seem to have come down a bit lately.

  • $20 off with ticketek20 coupon code and free shipping with min order $75. Just got a ton of interesting beers for under $60.

    • First order only for this coupon.

      • Should be pretty easy to make multiple accounts if that's the case, but yeah this was my first order. Pretty happy with the deal though!

  • Sad. Thought this was their brown beer. However now reading the guys who started it are Hawthorn supporters, might give this a miss.

  • Also I get the micro brew, small run stuff, but $40 for a stout is rude https://www.craftcartel.com.au/product/revel-brewing-barrel-…

Bought the pal ale in the long neck bottle a few months ago, average beer IMO

    • I agree it is more a cheap entry-level craft beer, good only if the price is cheap

      • I disagree. The pale and brown are better than other crafts for me

  • +1

    They've sold out now

Was tossing up between a slab of their draught or melbourne bitter on the weekend, thought f#ck it and tried the MP Draught for $46 for a slab. Huge regret, it honestly tastes like a strong pale ale, it is a bit fruity for a draught. Wouldn't buy again lol

  • I'm still waiting on delivery of the carton from the last sale lol

  • Got one case of PA and one of Draught delivered yesterday.

Okay for the price, but nothing remarkable IMHO.

Not high on my list to order again, even if on sale.
