Excellent unit. Only criticism I have is that it's a bit short for taller people.

The dial control is so much nicer to use than buttons which are usually capacitive.

I have to say the the ratchet is hard to hold with larger hands, and you accidentally bump the lever while using, which is annoying.

The main reason I bought mine was the big improvement at low temps. It can do basic Sous Vide.

I really prefer using the rotary control for power/temp to the usual touch buttons, much quicker.
