Perfect for cooking beautiful white baozi. There's 20 or so bags in the stack with expiry April 2021. They were 8 or 9 dollars at the Garden City one yesterday so I think it's store specific.

    The bleaching isn't the part that removes the most nutrients - if you demand maximum nutrients you should try wholemeal flour.
