Well, as long as it's stylish.. ;-)

    • Sure is :)

  • You mention $35 off if no installation, what is the actual cost in this case?

    • Hi Bruce,

Our buy it now price is $330 (supply only) during this period we are offering $35 off our buy it now price to compete with Ebay, the following link is to our online shopping http://www.aggdoors.com.au/old_roller_door_openers3.html..

      Hopefully this answers you question.

  • Damn, I need one of these but not located in Melbourne.

    • Sorry we can't help you. Maybe in the future, what state are you from?

      • NSW - Sydney.

  • They're a good automatic garage door opener, I bought one last year off fleabay for $300 and installed it myself. A note to anyone else planning on doing the same thing - don't loosen both ends of the torsion pole, lol.

    • Very good advice….one of the more common DIY mistakes..:)

  • ooohhhh very interested in this, i'll see how my garage door installation goes, and hope i can get it in time

do you include electrics? or do i need to get a sparky to put in a new power point?

    • YOU ALSO REQUIRE EITHER A POWER POINT OR AN EXTENSION LEAD SO THAT OUR TECHNICIANS CAN TEST THE OPENER.

      • yes, i saw that, thank you for highlighting it in CAPITALS. what i was inquiring to them was if they did any electric works or not, or do i have to get a sparky seperately to install the powerpoint.

i don't have a power point there where the garage door will go, nor do i intend to route an extension cord all the around to the opener.

@Timmy.. Thanks for pointing that out .

@watwatwat in future we will try to have an electrical company that can offer our customers a discount rate for us referring them, but right now we do not have an electrician on board to maybe next time around…..

If there are any ozbargainers out there that happen to be a sparky and has all the appropriate insurance and licenses please contact us on 0397991999 ask for Arthur or email your details to [email protected]

          Thank you

Dont need a new door, but plus 1 for the videos…thanks ! http://www.aggdoors.com.au/garage_door_and_gate_humour.html

I like the touch with the "Play video" sequence as well.

    • Thanks for the compliments, we're always looking to improve…if ya know of any other related funny video feel free to suggest them..

There's never too much laughter :D

  • Lol, that's a very good price for a single or double garage. For those who want to DIY and have muscles. =P Bunnings sells a few I bought a chamberlain/home entry one http://www.bunnings.com.au/products_product_homentry-he60r-g… last year for around 200 bucks. Took the roller door down, with dad of course, then out with the crap old one, in with the new system—it took about 4 hours. =)

    • Your Welcome :D we are constantly adding videos to our site and our you tube channel..your welcome to suggest any ideas for videos you would like to see.

  • do you deliver to Sydney?

Also if I have a single "drive through garage" (ie. rolladoors on both ends), would this unit be able to do both? I am guessing not but you can surprise me.
Is there a special made unit that can do this?

    • Yes we do deliver to Sydney I think the shipping cost is $25 but I will confirm with office tomorrow..

Unfortunately you guessed right you do require two drive units to operate two doors….so that is a no, you can't use one opener to ontrol two doors…
