      Esp with the qantas $450/flights card. Not much point in tapping the 'free' flights right now, and getting bugger all value out of frequent flyers points in the near future.

        Definately don't just "go to your bank" - there's a whole bunch of Amex cards on the market, and the best one for you is almost certainly not the one your bank offers !
        That's a terrible way to play finance.
