Has anyone received the YellowPagesOffer: Bunnings Gift cards?

Yellowpagesoffers sold Gift cards for bunnings on 28 sept 2011.
They sent the redemption vouchers emailed next day,but I have not still received the cards yet.
Has anyone received them yet and any communication with them?
I tried calling their call centre with no luck. Emailing always had the same answer, we will dispatch as soon as possible.

      I am also not in rush, but they are to be delivered from Australia and its 3 weeks now. Few people have already received it.

    Haven't got mine too. I thought the deal stated that we would get the card in 14 business days.

    I also had no response and same yellowpages directory call centre, which does not even know about them.
    4 days back, I told them ( on email and calling), that I would be contacting fair trading office for this crap service and will file a dispute with paypal.
    I got response today from the correct department.

    Hamis Butler was responding from sensis and he has despatched my cards today with a tracking no. of post :)

        And yes, they have worst service. Though this guy Butler solved my case. Lets see when I receive them.
        If you paid thru paypal, make sure u file a dispute within 45 days.

          Tried that and got nowhere. Even the guy at Sensis- was having a go at their lack of customer
          service. Tried 4 emails, and 3 calls. Accept that I wont be getting my vouchers;(

          I have now enabled emails. Sorry, newbie here.

    Why all the secrecy about this guys details? We have all paid for a service that we have not received. We should be able to contact someone in the know so we can get the desired resolution. AMEX stuffed me around for months. Not going to take the same crap from this mob too.

    It's not THAT far past the 14 days that anyone should be getting too concerned (it was only this past Tuesday or Wednesday.) It would have been nice if they'd come on time though, or early would have been better.

    Guys got mine today. Received all 10 in normal post. I had just, a couple of hours earlier, been in touch with Hamish (contact that gagans kindly posted) and said he would send out my cards by registered post. Anyway got home from picking up my daughter from school and there they were in the mail box. I thought they would have come by registered post.

    Any way I have already contacted Hamish to let him know they had arrived and to cancel the new cards he was organising from his end.

    It would have been nice to have ended up with $400 of vouchers for $100 but I'm not a dishonest person.

    Finally received my Gift cards by Registered post, Thanks to Hamish from Sensis.
    Not very happy by the follow ups and waiting from yellowpages.

    How to use them at store now. Do I need to activate the cards or they are preactivated?

      Its really shameful, how yellowpages are acting on deals by them. Its quite a bit of users, not getting the cards.
      I am happy, after I got them today. But will be more happy, if everyone here gets them :)

    Got a response via email saying he'll look into it, but wanted to know where I'd gotten the email address, as it wasn't the one he is using to 'deal with this.' rofl. Needless to say, I haven't gotten back to him on this. hehehe

    My mum just called to say she got mine in the mail today (I had put them as a 'gift' to her because checkout wouldn't let me through normally, but would let me click through when I said i was gifting them after 8 hours or so).

    I didn't contact Sensis, they came all on their own.

    I too am happy to receive the cards today via normal mails. Funny thing is the two orders I put in, were sent in one single envelope, so I got away with two cards per customer rule here :-) Did contact Hamish yesterday and got his reply promptly today to offer the help to look into my case, so now I just reported back to him that all is good and thank him for his prompt reply and good customer service.

      If you get the tracking no. that means they send it after u raised the complaint. Normal ones were sent via standard post.

    I dont know, if Hamish will be happy by so many support mails. But did he ask anyone , from where they got his contact info?
    But that guy was super helpful, when I was about to raise a paypal dispute.

    Haha, Hamish did ask how I got his details… I got my cards sent to me by registered post… arrived yesterday (finally!). Won't be buying from these guys again, if I didn't make contact I'd be $20 out of pocket!
