Buy 182 of these to get free shipping??? So 18,200 tablets!!! Would last lifetime!!!

    • They usually expire after a year, unfortunately…

      • +11

Actually if you take them all at once they will last you for the rest of your life. You'll die headache-free, but probably vomiting up your stomach lining.

        • Paracetamol toxicity is nasty.

Causes liver failure and then death.

          Not nice

Can be saved if you get to hospital soon enough. (Usually within 24hrs)
If ur too late then the only option is liver transplantation :(

      • By following the logic. Get the free shipping deal and take about 50 tables a day you can consume all 18200 tables before expire.

        • +6

take about 50 tables a day you can consume all 18200 tables before expire.

I can't even imagine the amount of help you'd need after consuming over 18 thousand tables.

even in the some third world countries promoting medication products is banned. anyway, thanks op i got myself sick in order to be able to obtain this deal.

    • +2

Yet they probably promote religious/cultural practices which refute modern science?

    • True ozb spirit!!

    • Without a physical store, they won't accept price beat

      • +2

This place has a physical store. Website says it is 223 William Street, Northbridge, WA, website is registered to HPW Group Pty Ltd ABN 12230769073, HPW Group Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wimmer Family Trust at 224 William Street Northbridge WA is on the Pharmacy Guild of WA website as Busy Bee Pharmacy run by registered pharmacist Diana Quan.

        • Great for people in WA. Don't think other states will do so…

          • @rdhupar: According to https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/aboutus/faq#faq_v2_order… - CW will price match online ANY Australian pharmacy website - just buy at normal CW price and then send them a link to the competitor. So might be still valid for price match - depends if CW want to be a pain and duck their own policy or not.

            • +2

@[Deactivated]: Online includes delivery which is a total waste. In store won't price match it. Have tried their website in the past and they have refused saying it's not a local store. Either ways, even if I argue and make them agree, nothing stopping them from adding postage for price beat.

              • @rdhupar: That's a bit crap of CW - their rules on the website don't say that they only match local stores, but I guess it is what it is.

I can’t see how using panamax as a deal headline and slapping $9 shipping makes this a deal.

    • I agree

    • By your logic, there are no legitimate Amazon deals either…

      • +1

Seems to be the OzBargain community that doesn’t think this is a deal either.

        • Problem is that like none of those negs are valid by ozbargain rules (including yours), because "not a deal" is an invalid negative vote. It seems like exactly what negative votes on a bargain site would be for, but not here.

          • @[Deactivated]: Ignore the negs. How about the low positives?

            (Should you be selecting ‘associated’?)

Also, you can get panamax from https://www.superpharmacy.com.au/ delivered for $7.40. Also they do free shipping $99+

            • @Vote for Pedro: No I shouldn't, because I have no idea who these people are. The point is if you wanted to buy other random stuff to make up that free shipping value, just like Amazon deals with free shipping over $39, then it may be a deal.

              • @[Deactivated]: I guess the low positive votes and slightly higher neg count suggest this isn’t a deal. Don’t get me wrong, there are many posts on OzBargain where I’d agree with your position, its just that this isn’t the hill I’m going to die on.

          • @[Deactivated]: I learned that neging a deal to show how many OBers dislike a deal is not really possible via the OB rules. Negging is only to count how many different ways it is a bad deal and negs can't be repeated. So when you see (estimating) more than -5 you can surmise that most people have misused the neg vote. There are only so many ways a deal can be bad…

  • We Are Sorry ! We Have Only quantity for Panamax Paracetamol 100 Tab is 1

    • +2

All pharmacies limit the amount of paracetamol you can buy at once.

  • Thanks OP bought 1 box for $9.49. BARGAIN!

    • yeah. get sick now and enjoy the deal.

For those reporting the deal because they think the store is dodgy:

The website has a physical address of 223 William Street, Northbridge WA 6003.
The domain registration says it is owned by HPW Group Pty Ltd, with ABN 12230769073.
The Pharmacy Guild of WA website says HPW Group Pty Ltd as trustee for the Wimmer Family Trust is Busy Bee Pharmacy, at 223 William Street, Northbridge, WA 6003.
    Registered pharmacist is Diana Quan.

    $9.49 for a box of Panamax isn't a deal

  • +1

Do what other online discount pharmacies do, open the box of tablets, and pack into a flat envelope using rubber bands/tape to keep it together. That way you guys are paying $2.20 for a stamp.

  • +1

When I saw the delivery cost… NO DEAL 😂

  • +1

You can buy 4 packs for 9.96 @ CWH

    • You can't buy 4 packs. There's a purchase limit of 1 pack imposed by the federal Chief Health Officer.

  • was OP's first post
are we meant to be gentle? :)

  • So many OzBargainers wax lyrical about Amazon deals on tissues, loo roll, Arnott's Shapes, Tim Tams and cordial that have a similar postage cost. Like many deals posted on OzBargain, this one only stacks up if you have other things to buy that will bring you over the free postage threshold. That would be the case even with $2 postage. That's enough to prevent an up vote from me because I just don't spend that much on pharmacy items. It doesn't justify a neg.

The tile should say "+$9 delivery (free with >$89 spend)".

    • +1

I think that the panamax headline deal was only intended as a bait to advertise a new business. Unfortunately, panamax with shipping of $9 isn't a deal.

  • +1

$9.49 vs $2.something from Chemist warehouse. Meh!

  • OK moderator here you go.. This deal is rubbish as you can only get 1 and the shipping is very much toooooo costly. Your better off going to Chemist Warehouse maybe even watching for there under 1.00 deals on Panamax from time to time.

    BETTER MOD!!!

  • -2

Now after an unpublshed agree post. I cannot down vote this at all. Do you moderator work for mychemistonline? Going to report this to OB!!!!!
