Leather band implies LTE, but I guess Kogan just put their own bands on because of this.

If you have access to a .edu.au email address (i.e. work in education or have kids with school edu.au emails), the Samsung educational portal has the 100% Aust version with compatible Google Pay etc , for $356.85.
Wont come with a leather strap, but they are cheap on eBay. I actually find the silicon ones more comfortable anyway after previously being a metal band person my whole life.
