    See how they say " and do not limit, other rights and remedies you may have under law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.".

    That means anything they write on that page, that is at odds with the ACL is irrelevant.

    Basically whatever issue you have, you can take it up with Amazon directly and cite the ACL if it supports your claim. Alternatively you can take it up direct with the manufacture.

    It's really up to you.
