eBay Buyer Asking to Repost Due to Her Negligence

I have sold on eBay a sticker to a buyer in SA. Processed and posted out with photo evidence to the correct address. Received the mail returned to me yesterday after more than a month. Already left positive feedback for her on ebay. I messaged her about the returned mail, reason stated on it was due to 'No Letterbox'. She admitted there was no letterbox and now ask that I repost it to her PO Box. I replied I can repost out of goodwill but that means I will incur extra p&h. She only replied, yes please repost. Any suggestions on what course of action I could take since it was not my mistake?

You take a loss no matter what you do. There is a risk that the item won't be delivered the 2rd time around. I would personally cancel the transaction and relist the item.

Mate it's like a dollar, you win some you lose some, it's not worth stressing..

Just pay it out of good will and move on with life.

You'll get the dollar back through some other means later.

Readdress it to her PO Box.
If the Auspost want additional she can owe them.

And the rest. Check delivery times on that $1 letter.

    course of action: repost it..
