  Highly recommend EasyR. Bought an AGV Veloce S off them recently and postage was so quick. They were great to deal with.

  Also I see the RRP for Dual Carbon model is more expensive, is this model using better materials or ?
  could you explain a little bit about the difference of all models of AX-8 except for colours?

  Very tempting. My old Arai XD4 is past its used by date and I can't afford another one to replace it….so might grab one of these instead.

  Shame they don't have the carbon colour in a Medium.

  It's probably a decent price for the model if it suits your head shape, but there are other cheaper brands with similar safety ratings and better weight. At https://www.crash.org.au/ratings.php the AX-8 scored 4 star protection, 3 start comfort at (avg.) 1522g and is selling here for $332, but by the same standards for example, the Answer Racing AR1 comes in at the same 4+3 star rating, but averages only 1266g and can be picked up for ~$140.

    You are comparing a dual sport helmet with a built in visor to a MX helmet where you need to wear separate goggles. MX helmets are usually lighter and a lot of them you can't close any of the vents and with the mouth section wide open they are the last thing you want to be wearing on a highway in winter.

    Also the few times I've used my Fox MX helmet on a bike with a screen or fairing the visor catches the wind and whistles and flaps. Not saying the AGV will be any better but generally the dual sport helmets have a shorter peak to combat this.

    It's not always about price and weight but hey…it's your head!
