      I don't really care. This is irresponsible to call something a down pillow when it only has (maybe) 5% down - seriously ? And even more dodgy for not including that fact in this OzBargain post - just plain deceptive.

      Call it what it is - a feather pillow. What on earth is "hotel grade support" ? Complete BS.

        I'll help you. This is the meaning of the word twin as defined by Cambridge Dictionary:

        It may be have no feather or down in it.

        Costco is a massive company (US$152.7 billion in renevue last year). Unlike you, they do not need to false advertise their product to make a sale. They call it the feather & down pillow because it contains both feather & down.

        You call yours puredown but there's only 5% down. Do you need a Cambridge Dictionary link to the meaning of the word pure?

    Royal comfort pillow have 1000 gsm of down and feathers, how much of the down and feathers mixture is in your product ?

    and how is increasing the deal price from $28.45 to $43.46 possible, yet the discount rate of 31% stays the same ?
