  • Is this any better than home brand oils which go at $9 for 4L?

I'd go for the one on special at Woolies this week:

$2.30/L beats $3/L in my book.

It may not seem much but say you buy ten units of each and the costs add up.

Now extrapolate that over a year or even ten years and you are looking at easily hundreds of dollars saved on one item that you buy and use frequently.

Unit price per kilogram or per litre is the best way to shop honestly.

It's ok to make a few mistakes and impulse purchases from time to time but yeah if you really want to save its hard to do but look at the lowest unit price or price per measurement like $/L $/kg.

    • Oils ain't oils… But in this case, I think they're all the same especially if talking about rapeseed oil

You can get 2x2L from aldi for under $9 total, pretty much always.

  • Apart from brand, whats the difference between this and woolies brand selling for 4.75$ for 2L
